FAQs

Answer : Some villas have specific change over days, others are more flexible, please view the individual villas for specific information. The majority of change over day in Turkey are Monday or Saturday to coincide with the main flight days but there is flexibility especially in the low season months of May and October.
In Greece they are mainly, Saturday, Sunday and Tuesday but again there is flexibility so just give us a call.

Answer : Generally the check in time is 4pm, however, this can vary and you may be able to get into your villa earlier if the previous occupants have checked out earlier.

Answer : This is normally midday, but some villa may be able to arrange a later check out time, depending on when the next guests are due to arrive. (please check individual villas for more information)

Answer : Yes most definitely, this will ease your packing! Pool towels are in all villas and we also provide complimentary beach towels (that you may keep) for all villas in Turkey. (Other destinations- please enquire)

Answer : Most villas have bedlinen changed every 4 days, with bins emptied daily. – Please see individual villas for more information

Answer : We have a great overseas team in all our destinations who will call or visit you and you will have their contact number should you need it. The reassurance that there will be someone there to help you should help you relax and enjoy your holiday even more.

Answer : Yes we can arrange transfers for you and we strongly suggest that you let us provide a quote for you. There are so many villas now with similar names that many taxi drivers can end up taking you to the wrong one! Our transfers vehicles are all air conditioned, include complimentary water and wet wipes and know exactly where you are going. Taking our transfers also means that collecting keys or getting into the villa is stress free.

Answer : Yes, we understand how trawling the internet for flights can take time so simply let us do the hard work! We will check flights and advise you of timings/costs/ additions required like luggage/seats together and give you an inclusive package. The added advantage of this is that you are then completely covered with our ATOL, ensuring the whole part of your holiday is financially secure

Answer : Yes, you are. We operate a Trust account ensuring any monies paid to us are financially secure. When you book your villa holiday with us your money goes into a Trust Account. The trustees are the Civil Aviation Association and they ensure that we can only access this money once you have returned from your holiday. Another important factor for your security is that all our villa owners in Greece and most in Turkey are paid before you arrive so that your villa holiday is protected should, in the unlikely event, anything happen to us. Very few Villa companies provide this level of Financial Security and we are happy to do this to ensure that our guests are fully protected.

Answer : We are able to offer cots and highchairs at an additional charge. These do need to be requested as soon as possible after booking your villa as they are limited. Car seats can also be requested for transfers and car hire. (Please note, however, all car seats are either front facing or boosters).
